General Refund Terms:

Our refund policy explains how refunds are handled for bookings made through SAIMDESIGN LTD. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS:

Payments made using American Express (AMEX) may be subject to dispute if the cardholder does not provide identity verification, even if SAIMDESIGN LTD has not requested it.

Refund amounts depend on how far in advance you cancel before your booking start date:

  • More than 60 days before the project start date: Full refund (100%).
  • 31–60 days before the project start date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days before the project start date: No refund for reservations over £/€ 5,000.00
  • Less than 30 days before the project start date: 25% refund for reservations under £/€ 5,000.00

 

Cancellation Requests

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via our support email from the same email used to make the booking for your project.
  • Refund amount and approval time depends on the SAIMDESIGN LTD cancellation rules.
  • In the unlikely event that SAIMDESIGN LTD must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control we will offer Full refund of all payments received, or an equivalent service for another booking at no additional cost in maximum 14 days. ( Subject to availability)
  • Any service fees may be non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Service fees, Bank transfer costs, currency conversion fees unless the cancellation is initiated by SAIMDESIGN  LTD.

Processing time:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date of approval using the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment provider or currency exchange time-lines.

Speciat ircumstances:

We may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies, such as:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Travel restrictions
  • Unexpected closures of the booked accommodation
